Vision of Ourselves as Creative Leaders
As a part of an assignment for our Creative Strategies for Educational Leaders course, we were asked to think deeply about the concept of creativity, the need for it in educational entities and global contexts, and our own leadership. In so doing, consider the extent to which the three intertwine and articulate a vision of ourselves as a creative leader. Below are some of the subsequent outcomes.

Self Analysis in Light of Innovative Personas (EDU801_Assignment 2)
Below is a video produced by David Morrow in response to an assignment for a Creative Strategies for Educational Leaders course. The first part of the video compares and contrasts the personas identified in Ten Faces of Innovation (Kelly, T., 2005) against the producers own creative leadership personas. In the second half of the video, the producer answers the question of how he would lead a team through the creative problem solving process.
